Introduction

This is a two hander long form where the players will define their changing settings by the location of chairs on the stage.

Description

Pretty much described in the introduction. As per long form structures a single offer from the audience informs the scenes that follow. In Chairs the setting changes are defined by the location of chairs on the stage. Each new scene will have a corresponding chair location change. If the chairs are in the same position as a previous scene that indicates the characters have returned to the previous setting.

A two hander means a scene with two players.

It is a very soft structure. Players can change characters as settings change. New settings can be added.

Use chaise lounges or couches that are a challenge to move.

Variations

None.
