Wie spielt man Love - Hate - Fear?
All players walk through the room.
When the facilitator says 'Love', everyone quickly finds a partner and expresses 'love' — without touching (though accidental bumps happen). Use gestures, facial expressions, sounds.
On 'Hate', find a new partner and express hatred — again without touching. On 'Fear', express fear of your partner.
The quick switches between intense emotions loosen inhibitions and train emotional range.
